Refund and Returns
Changed your mind or wrong size?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please reach out to us on return@luveyworld.com and we will help you with your return, some costs connected to returns might need to be covered by your expense. Make notice that this needs to happen within 14 days after you have received your order. Repayment will be done within 10 days using the same payment option you’ve chosen. The product(s) needs to be unused and in original package. You as customer are responsible for the return.
Lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong address
If you have put in the wrong address or insufficient details your products will automatically be sent back to us and you will not be eligible for any refund of your order.
Unclaimed
Unclaimed products will automatically be sent back to us and you will not be eligible for any refund of your order.
Wrong or damaged items
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. please contact us at return@luveyworld.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, your ordernumber and any other details about your order and we’ll sort that out together. If it is a manufacturingerror, you will be reimbursed for shipping return.
